PLURAL MICRO-DIAMETER LENS GROUP

PURPOSE:To obtain plural micro-diameter lens groups which can contribute to provision of much information for precision analyisis of an object as a photosensor implement by molding a light transmittable material to a lens shape, sticking plural pieces of such lenses to a sapphire plate and subjecting said plate together with the lenses to normal sintering. CONSTITUTION:A plate 1 of a transparent materil consisting of sapphire and plural pieces of ceramic materials 2 which become transparent after sintering are stuck to each other at suitable intervals. Recesses 3 are preliminarily formed to the transparent sapphire 1 and the materials 2, 2' are stuck therein then said materials are stably positioned therein in the stage of sticking the materials 2, 2' to the plate 1. Precise mass-production of such lens groups is made possible by coating photoresist on the transparent body 1, etching the masked position to form the recesses and sticking the ceramic material to be used as the lens bodies 2 thereto. The light transmittable sapphire plate provided with the plural micro-diameter lens groups is manufactured by sintering simultaneously the plural lenses stuck together with the transparent sapphire base plate 1.
