PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics and reliability by a method wherein an element coil which comprises insulated wires having conductors applied with heat resistant enamel baked and nonwoven clothes of which density is 0.2-0.7g/cm<2> wraped around them is impregnated in vacuum process with heat resistant resin and hardened by heating. CONSTITUTION:After winding high tension conductors 7 so as to form one layer on an inner insulating body 16 which is composed of low density heat resistant polyester nonwoven clothes, heat resistant polyester nonwoven clothes are applied to form a interlayer insulation 3, and winding is done again until a specified number of turns is obtained. On them an outer insulating body 8 which comprises heat resistant polyester nonwoven clothes is formed. And a filler 17 which comprises heat resistant polyester clothes is provided. A molded coil is obtained by impregnating it in vacuum process with epoxy resin etc. and hardening. |
