PURPOSE:To prepare a porous polysulfone membrane not covered with a skin layer, by using a solution mixture containing propylene carbonate and sulforane in an amount of 20-90wt% as a coagulation liquid. CONSTITUTION:Polysulfone having a repeating unit represented by one of general formulae as shown by the drawing is used. The composition of a polysulfone solution is not especially limited and not only a solvent but also a swelling agent such as slcohols may be added in the same way as a conventional wet film forming process. The composition of a coagulation liquid is not limited with the exception of propylene carbonate or sulforane contained in an amount of 20- 90wt% but a swelling agent of polysulfone such as water or alcohol, a good solvent of polysulfone such as N-methyl 2-pyrolidone or a solution mixture thereof is cited. |
