PURPOSE:To attain talking corresponding only to a deposited coin by providing a means transmitting a disconnection signal and a call signal to an exchange by a recalling button at the state of off-hook, and a means starting or stopping coin deposition through the response or restoration of a called party. CONSTITUTION:When a caller deposits a coin in a public telephone set 1, a calling command is transmitted to an exchange 6 by a public telephone circuit 2, a dial tone is transmitted to the caller from an exchange 6 and dialing is made possible. When a coin deposition signal is transmitted by the exchange 6, a coin controller 5 transmits a coin deposition end signal to the exchange 6. When the talking is finished and the called party hooks on the handset, the controller 3 transmits a coin operating function stop signal to the coin controller 5. When the caller operates the recalling button 4 at the state of off-hook for the purpose of talking to a conventional telephone set of the next called party, the recalling button information is transmitted to the controller 3 and the operation enters the reconnecting operation. |
