PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent the breakdown of lead wires due to external tension and up and down movement, by elastically holding a heat sensitive head at the upper end of a guide shaft, which is supported so that it is moved freely up and down, and providing an expanding part at the upper part of the lead wires of a sensor. CONSTITUTION:A guide shaft 8 is supported on a sensor mounting table 6 through a spring 11 so that the shaft can be moved freely up and down. On the upper end of the shaft, a heat sensitive head 14 is elastically held through a spring 16. At the upper part of lead wires 23 of a thermistor 18, which is a sensor element, an expanding part 24 is provided. Therefore, a cooking container and the heat sensitive heat 14 always keep good contact, and the breakdown of the lead wires caused by external tensile loads and the repetition of up and down movement can be prevented. |
