PURPOSE:To hold the sliding friction on a sliding surface small for a long period without deteriorating various characteristics of a fixing material by incorporating a lubricant in the filler of a fixing material by impregnation after the adhesive of the fixed material sets thermally. CONSTITUTION:Specific amounts of porous particles 11 solidified by being impregnated with specific liquid and particulates 10 of another filler are added to the adhesive 9 to form a fixed material, and a specific amount of only particulates 10 of the adhesive 9 are added to form a fixed material 8. Then, a magnetic core assembly; is fitted in a shield case 6 so that a magnetic gap 2 faces an opening part 6b, and the fixing materials 8 and 8a are injected into the case separately. Then, the whole is heated above thermosetting temperature. Consequently, the liquid solidified in numbers of pores of the porous particles 11 vaporize completely to empty numbers of pores. Then, the sliding surface 6a is finished and then the fixing material 6a is impregnated with the lubricant such as higher fatty acid from the side of the sliding surface 6a. Consequently, the lubricant enters number of pores of the porous particles 11 in the fixing material 8a to complete a magnetic head. |
