PURPOSE:To use the flowmeter in many applications, to reduce the deformation into a very small value, and to implement high performance, by using polyphenylene sulfide as a base for rotors, inputting a physicalproperty reinforcing material such as glass in the base, thereby molding unitary bodies. CONSTITUTION:Polyphenylene sulfide, which is a thermoplastic resin having excellent fluid resisting property, is used as a base for rotors 4 and 5. At least one or more kinds of physical-property reinforcing materials such as glass, carbon, and fluororesin are included in the base. The rotors are molded as unitary bodies. Since the fluid resisting property is excellent, the flowmeter is applied in measuring various fluids. The deformation of the rotors due to high temperature can be suppressed to the very low value, and changes with the elapse of years and time can be reduced. Therefore highly accurate measurement can be performed. |
