PURPOSE:To permit the centralized control of preset data on ink of a subsidiary ink supply amount setting processor by a master ink supply amount setting processor by a method in which modulating equipments and demodulating equipments are provided to each of the master and subsidiary (plural) ink supply amount setting processors. CONSTITUTION:It is inquired whether a preparation for receiving data is completed or not to a subsidiary processor 14 by a master processor 11. An answering on whether or not data from the master processor 11 can be received is made to the master processor 11 by the subsidiary processor 14. If the receiving of data from the master processor 11 by the subsidiary processor 14 is possible, an operating switch provided on the operating panel 22 of the master processor 11 is operated to send a transmission startup command to CPU31. As a result, data stored in the memory 33 are sent to the CPU411 of the subsidiary processor 14 through MODEM controller 34, MODEM16 and 17, and I/O port 421 by the CPU31. In the CPU411, the data sent from the master processor 11 are stored in the memory 431. |
