PURPOSE:To cut the recording paper without generation of the recording paper jamming in continuous reception, by limitting the traveling speed of recording paper to a specific speed max. when the traveling speed of recording paper exceeds a specific speed on the disconnection of recording paper. CONSTITUTION:The mechanism how the recording paper 13 is cut between the fixed edge and the rotary edge 11 rotated around a rotary axis 16 is made to be of one rotation system. The maximum paper delivery speed at which the jamming of recording paper is not generated is determined by an experiment and made to be standard speed V0. When the recording paper 13 advances to the cutting position, the traveling speed thereof is detected and compared with reference speed V0. In the case of V>V0, the traveling speed of recording paper is reduced to the reference speed V0. |
