PURPOSE:To automatically load an iron core on a stator frame by suporting segment-form iron plates one by one for forming a stator iron core, peripherally inclining same to be pressed to the stator frame and relatively moving the iron plate and the stator frame in the peripheral direction. CONSTITUTION:An industrial robot 2 is adapted to adsorb and retain stator iron cores 4 one by one with a hand 5 in response to a command, and inclined same in the peripheral direction to be pressed to a dub tail key 18 of a stator frame 3, while a turn table 8 is operated to turn the stator frame 3. At this time, with the dub tail key 18 and the dub tail key groove of the iron core 4 separated, the dub tail key 18 and the iron core 4 slide, and the iron core 4 is retained by the hand 5 to be nearly stopped. When the key 18 is engaged with the key groove, a sensor is adapted to input a vibration at this time as a dub tail key connecting success signal to a microcomputer, so that the vacuum of the hand 5 is intercepted to discharge the iron core 4 to be fitted to the stator frame 3. |
