摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled circuit free from temperature rise with less power consumption by providing a switching element incerted in series to a power source voltage dividing circuit which connects plural resistance elements in series and a timing generating circuit which periodically generates a specific timing signal to control the switching element. CONSTITUTION:The timing generating circuit 9 supplies a waveform signal to a timing signal 10 and the signal 10 becomes of high level during a reading period 12 of instruction, and the switching element 3 turns on. When the element 3 turns on, a current from the power source flows through resistors 4 and 6 to GND, the reference voltage 5 becomes of (a) level, and the reading circuit 7 becomes able to read and read out a data from a memory cell 8 and outputs it as an output data 1. During the instruction-execution period 11, because the output data 1 is not used, the reference voltage 5 needs not to be of (a) level. Accordingly the element 3 turns off during the period 11, cutting off the current from the power source to GND.</p>
