<p>PURPOSE:To provide a lamination sheet which has noncurling property, by a method wherein a composite sheet and a polypropylene resin sheet are fusion-welded monolithically during the period while a polypropylene resin sheet, which is fused and molded, still holds a fusion-welding property. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a base cloth layer 2 of a composite sheet 3, consisting of a synthetic resin layer 1 and said base cloth layer 2, and one side of a polypropylene resin sheet 5 are individually fusion-welded monolithically to each surface of a fused and molded polypropylene resin component delivery sheet 4 while said sheet 4 still holds the heat produced while it is fused and still holds a fusion-welding property. Said procedure permits noncurling of the lamination sheet in such a manner as reduces substantially polypropylene resin component which is liable to partially creat a difference in a cooling time resulting from influence of the thickness.</p> |
