PURPOSE:To easily execute processing for converting a command into an execution format by accessing an execution format previously stored and obtained in combining instructions executing maximum functions corresponding to respective commands and deleting unnecessary instructions from the execution format. CONSTITUTION:A command inputted from an input device 1 such as a keyboard is analyzed by a program stored in a main memory 4. Then, the execution format concerned is read out from an execution format storing memory 3 for storing execution formats obtained by combining instructions executing maximum functions corresponding to respect commands to execute the execution format forming processing. If an unnecessary instruction exists, a no-operation instruction is set up in stead of the instruction to delete the instruction to obtain the required execution format. Since the constitution of the execution format to be formed for each command is determined, complex address calculation is unnecessary and the processing for converting commands into execution formats can be easily executed.
