PURPOSE:To obtain easily a molded article having a fine pattern, by a method wherein a solution having at least a kind of metallic alcoholate, an organic solvent and water for its main ingredients is made to touch a mold having a pattern of a desired shape, to dry by releasing and to contract until it reaches to the desired shape. CONSTITUTION:After a solution 1 having at least a kind of metallic alcoholate, water and an organic solvent for its main ingredients has been turned into appropriate viscosity for molding, the solution 1 is made to gelatinize while the same is being made to touch a master pattern 2 whose size is larger than that of a molding which are going to be molded hereafter, by a predetermined quantity. At an approriate time when gelation is progressed sufficiently, strength is improved sufficiently and a volume change is small, a gel is removed from a side wall 3 by releasing the master pattern 2 and making the gel contract sufficiently after that. With this constitution, the molding having a fine pattern can be manufactured easily. |
