CONSTITUTION:The picture signal from a TV camera 41 is converted for A/D by an A/D converter 42, is memorized in a picture memory 43 and is processed at a CPU44. A timing generator 46 generates after respective different sampling locks are freely multiplied in accordance with the characteristics of the TV picture, etc., and this sampling lock is given to the A/D converter 42. An address generation device 49 writes the picture data in a memory 43, or the address is generated when it is read out from the memory 43. |
