PURPOSE:To prevent the light after distribution from being reflected on a light receiving end or the like to return to each branch fiber from an optical distributor again, by not placing the optical axis of another exit fiber on the optical axis for coupling between an incidence fiber and an optional exit fiber. CONSTITUTION:The light made incident from an input fiber 10 passes through a a rod lens 14, and only a half of this light is coupled with an output fiber 12 by a reflector 15, and the rest of the light which passes through the reflector 15 is coupled with an output fiber 11 by a reflector 16. When the light branched in this manner is reflected on the end face of a photodetector or the like and is made incident again to the optical distributor through the output fiber 11, the rest of the light reflected on the first reflector 15 is returned to the end face of a dummy fiber 13 because the reflector 15 is arranged to be coupled with the input fiber 10 and the output fiber 12 and the optical center exists in the middle between the optical fiber 11 and the dummy fiber 13. |
