PURPOSE:To make torque setting operation conveniently and simple by a rigid and simple constitution, by providing a torque setting mechanism having a constitution, wherein adjustable load torque is imparted to a torque transmitting mechanism, which is coupled with the driver shaft part of a motor driver. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting nut 32 of a torque setting mechanism 12 is rotated so as to adjust the elasticity of a coil 30, and a torque value is set. At first, the clutch mechanism of a motor driver 22 is adjusted so that the output torque of a driver shaft part 22 becomes the minimum value. Then, the clutch mechanism is continuously adjusted with the motor driver 22 in a driving state, and the output torque value is increased. The time point, when a roller 20 of a torque transmission mechanism 10 pushes out an elastic compressing piece 26 and a rotary plate 18 is rotated, is acknowledged by the lighting of a lamp 44 of a detecting mechanism 14. This torque becomes the set torque. Thus the torque can be set conveniently and simply by the rigid and simple constitution. |
