<p>Pyranone derivs. of formula (I) (where R1 is H, lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl; R2 is 8-20C alkyl; and R3 is H, halogen CH2NR4R5, or CH2NA where both valencies of A is bonded to N; R4 and R5 are lower alkyl, cycloalkyl; A is -CH2-, O or N; NA is 5- or 6-membered ring opt. substd. by one or more lower alkyls, lower alkoxys or halogen atoms) and its acid addition salt. Prepn. of (I) comprises reacting pyranone deriv. of formula (II) with formalin and amine of formula (III) or (IV) in lower alcohol. Miticide contg. (I) as active component is also claimed. (I) shows excellent miticidal effect.</p> |
