PURPOSE:To prevent an electric motor from reckless driving due to the mishandling of a switch when a car speed is over a fixed value and ON signal is successively emitted from an operation switch by stopping an electric motor of driving for seat and the like after operating it for a fixed amount only. CONSTITUTION:When using for a device to adjust a reclining angle of a seat by an electric motor 44d, if a seat forward reclining signal or a seat backward reclining signal is outputted from lines 40a or 40b to a seat control box 40 by operating a manual switch 41, an electric motor 44d is driven by an operating signal via a driving circuit 44c. At this time, a reclining angle is detected by a position detecting sensor 44b and the detected signal is fed-back. A pulse signal from a car speed sensor is inputted via a car speed pulse line converter 45 and if car speed is over a fixed value (10km/H, for instance) and a changed volume of the reclining angle is over a fixed value, the motor 44d is stopped automatically. |
