摘要 <p>Production of metal-reinforced panels of concrete or the like matrix-forming materials in battery-molding operation is improved by the use, as reinforcement for each panel, of a stratiform and biplanar structure formed of two distanced and generally coextensive metal sheets in a substantially parallel and mutually supporting arrangement; preferably, at least one sheet has a multiplicity of perforations as well as a multiplicity of protrusions provided on and generally by the metal sheets. The biplanar reinforcements are provided with partitioning layers and stacked in the cavity of a molding box. Upon casting of concrete or the like matrix-forming material into the cavity compartments defined substantially by the biplanar reinforcements and hardening of the matrix, metal-reinforced panels are obtained in which the biplanar reinforcement extends substantially through the panel.
