PURPOSE:To prevent dewing in a toilet room or especially on the surface of a foreign style flushing stool by a method wherein the dew point temperature of air in the toilet room is reduced by a cooling device and warm-air is blown off against the thigh of a toilet user by a warm-air generator from the vicinity of the lower surface of the foreign style stool. CONSTITUTION:Dehumidifying operation of the inside of a toilet room 10 is effected by an air conditioner 100 whereby the dew point temperature of air in the toilet room 10 is reduced. Further, a feet heater 200 is operated weakly to blow warm-air against the thigh of a toilet user from the warm-air outlet port 217 of a warm-air duct 212, which is opened near the lower surface of the upper flange 31 of a foreign style stool 30. According to this method, the surface temperatures of the flange 31 and the trap 33 of the foreign style stool 30, cooled by trap water, may be increased. Dewing in the toilet room 10 and especially the dewing on the surfaces of the flange 31 and the trap 33 of the stool, cooled by the trap water, may be prevented by the synergistic effect of the temperature increase of the surface temperature of the flange 31 and the trap 33 of the stool 30 and the reduction of the dew point temperature of air in the toilet room 10. |
