PURPOSE:To make easier the inspection of harness treatment, disconnection, and short-circuit by connecting a damping force selection switch with a control circuit body or the control circuit body with a position detection circuit in a damping force variable type shock absorber. CONSTITUTION:A region A includes an operator of damping force selection signals or a detector of drive positions, where position signal selected by a selection switch 31 is sent out as a contact signal to a plural signal line 32 corresponding to each position signal. The signal is converted into single voltage level by a contact signal-voltage level conversion circuit 33, and the voltage level is transmitted to a voltage signal output circuit 35 by one signal line 34. From the circuit 35 which is a current amplifying circuit to send out voltage signals with low impedance, the voltage signal is setn to a single signal line 36. In the region B as a reception controller, signals from the single signal line 36 is judged by a voltage signal discrimination circuit 37 as a decoder, and each position signal is sent out to the plural signal line 38. |
