The invention relates to a bench having at least one bench element, comprising a backrest and a seat, having at least one pull-out extension part provided at one end side of said bench element and likewise comprising at least one backrest and one seat, having a first side element which is attached to the extension part on the pulling-out side thereof and serving as a support for the seat and the backrest, and having at least one second side element which is offset relative to the first side element in the direction of the other end side of the bench element, the backrests and the seat of the bench element and of the extension part forming with their front and/or upper side a common seating and backrest surface when the extension part has been pulled out. It is distinguished by the fact that the second side element is likewise attached to the pulling-out part with spacing from the first side element, and that the bench element rests on the extension part, and that the at least one backrest and the at least one seat of the extension part can be lowered behind and/or below the seat and backrest surface. <IMAGE> |
