PURPOSE:To reduce the effect which is produced by a change of retrieving procedures by converting a question part into an instance when it is supplied to obtain an instance relation and evaluating the instance relation to a class to obtain an answer. CONSTITUTION:A question analyzing part analyzes a fed question and converts a metaclass into an instance to obtain an instance relation. Then a question evaluating part evaluates the inter-instance relation to a class to obtain an answer. In such a way, it is not required to change especially the inquiry procedure as long as the metaclass exists even through a class is added at a class level. Then a new question can be accepted just by adding a metaclass without affecting the procedure, etc. existing at the metaclass.
