The device for self-dialysis has a dialysis chamber (11) which in turn comprises one flow path each for the blood and for a dialysis liquid. The dialysis chamber is interposed between a supply tank (12) containing the fresh dialysis liquid and a collection vessel (18) for the used dialysis liquid, the through-flow being adjustable by means of a flow regulator (15). This device permits the dialysis patient to conduct dialysis regularly at home with a small risk and at low expense.
