PURPOSE:To improve oxidation stability and magnetic characteristics by joining a substrate obtained by forming fine guiding grooves and a reflection layer on a plastic plate to a recording medium obtained by coating the surface of a heat- resistant and light-transmittable supporting body with a light-transmittable oxide magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:The heat-resistant transparent supproting body 1 is adhered to a substrate holder and a magnetic thin film layer 2 formed by the oxide magnetic substance is adhered to the surface of the supporting body 1. On the other hand, the guiding grooves 4 are formed on the plastic transparent substrate 3. A reflection film layer 5 is adhered to the rough surface formed by the grooves 4. Then, the magnetic thin film layer 2 formed on the heat-resistant transparent supporting body 1 is opposed to the reflection film layer 5 formed on the rough surface of the plastic substrate 3 and these layers 2, 5 are adhered to each other and hardended by adhesives (adhesives layer 6). |
