<p>PURPOSE:To establish the synchronism of computer, by controlling the clock signal of a plurality of microcomputers with state signal, inhibiting the input of clock signal, and releasing the signal input when all the state signals are made the same. CONSTITUTION:The microcomputer synchronism operation control circuit 4 is provided for the substrate inspection unit, the start signal BGN from the substrate inspection control circuit 1 is fed to the circuit 4, and clock signals X1, X2 are fed to the reference substrate 2 and the inspection substrate 3 respectively mounting microcomputers from the circuit 4. Next, the state signals ST31, 32 are respectively fed to the circuit 4 from the substrates 2 and 3 to control the clock signal and the synchronism for the computers mounted on the both substrates 2, 3 are made. Further, when the syncronism is taken, the reset signal-RST is at H level, the reset of the both computers is released to enable operation, and sampling signal XC is outputted to the circuit 1 and the comparison circuit 5 to output the input signal INP taking synchronism to the substrates 2 and 3 from the circuit 1.</p> |
