发明名称 INK MANUFACTURING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a kind of ink which is suitable for ink jet recoding and writing pens by such an arrangement wherein dye solution for which chromatography has been accomplished is properly separated and only such a portion of the dye solution from which inorganic salts have been excluded is extracted and a kind of ink is prepared from the extract. CONSTITUTION:Based on the detected values of an inorganic salt density detector 442 and a dye density detector 443, the effluent solution from a chromatocolumn 441 is guided to a storing tank 56, when its dye density becomes more than a specified value and its inorganic salt density is less than a specified value. After the density of inorganic salt exceeds the specified value and also the density of dye falls below the specified value, the effluent solution is guided to an inorganic salt discharging tank 58. During such a period of time after the density of inorganic salt becomes over the specified value and until that of dye falls below the specified value, the effluent solution is caused to return to a secondary storing tank 51. A discharge valve open/ close unit 45 performs the separation of effluent solution, and by opening No.1-3 discharge valves 451-453, the effluent solution can be guided to the secondary storing tank 51 of the inorganic salt discharging tank 58 and the storing tank 56. Like this, only such a portion of dye solution from which inorganic salts have been exclude is selectively extracted from processed solution and a kind of ink is prepared from the extract.
