PURPOSE:To obtain a sample cell of a fluorescent X-ray analysis device which enables cleaning of a detection window with a cap held attached thereto by providing an implement for leaning said window to the inside of the device and operating the cleaning implement from the outside. CONSTITUTION:A cap 3b is fixed to a samole cell 2 and the space between the cap 3b and a shaft 12 is sealed by an O ring 14 to prevent leakage with a liquid sample 1. A bruch 11 is fixed to a brush holder 10 and is coupled to the shaft 12 by means of a set screw. The operator moves and rotates the bruch 11 toward a dectecting window 4 by operating a handle 9 thereby cleaning the window 4. The material for the brush 11 is enumerated by a fine metallic wire and ''Teflon ''. The part of the brush 11 where the brush is in contact with the window 4 is formed to the shape conforming to the shape of the detecting window. |
