PURPOSE:To improve cold-resistance of a diaphragm by forming the diaphragm of laminated rubber comprising a copolymer rubber layer and a fluoric rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:Unvulcanized copolymer rubber layers 2 are disposed on both sides of a core material 1, and further unvulcanized fluoric rubber layers 3 are disposed on both baces of the copolymer rubber layers 2, which are pressed at a fixed temperature by fixed pressure for fixed time. Thus, the core material 1, copolymer rubber layers 2 and fluoric rubber layers 3 are solidly vulcanized and fixed to form a diaphragm. The copolymer rubber layer 2 belongs to unsaturated nitrile conjugate diene group. |
