PURPOSE:To manufacture a lost pattern without using troublesome process of machining, sticking and joining for reinforcement, etc. CONSTITUTION:After manufacturing a thin hollow body 7 having a shape corresponding to the shape of the lost pattern to be manufactured and a detaching part of wedge-like groove part, projecting part, etc., at the outer surface side by irradiating the surface of liquid photo-curing resin 2 (2a) with beam 5, the inner part of the thin hollow body 7 is filled up with a foam material by charging the foam material which is not yet foamed, in the inner part of the thin hollow body 7 and foaming. After curing the foam material, the photo-curing resin 2 (2b) in the photo-cured condition is removed through the detaching part of the wedge-like groove part, projecting part, etc., to obtain the lost pattern. |
