PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy and responce ability, and prevent the wrong operation caused by scale and the like by the direct detecting of a water level in a bathtub. CONSTITUTION:A floating element 30 made of a magnetic material 30a coated by a resin is internally installed on an inner wall part 28a of a water supply pipe 28. A magnet 29a and a detector 29 (a detecting part A consists of 29 and 29a) for detecting the variation of magnetic field are arranged on the outer wall of the water supply pipe 28 with spacing the uniform interval L, also the magnet 29a and the detector 29 are formed to be mounted with respective positioning relationship at the optional location in the height direction H on the outer wall. The floating element 30 is quite free from the effect of iron included in a hot-water (water), accordingly, the changing force of magnetic field for the detecting part A is stabilized. Further, by the cleaning effect at every hot-water supply operation for the floating element 30 and the inner wall part 28a, a blocking or a wrong detecting action caused by a foreign matter and the like can be prevented completely. |
