PRODUCTION OF STAINLESS STEEL PLATE HAVING BEAUTIFUL SURFACE AND EXCELLENT CORROSION RESISTANCE

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a stainless steel plate having a beautiful surface and excellent corrosion resistance by hot rolling a stainless steel slab formed by adhering a carbon steel except a stainless steel as a cladding material on the surface and removing the cladding material. CONSTITUTION:A stainless steel slab formed by adhering a carbon steel except a stainless steel to the surface is hot-rolled and is subjected to annealing for hot- rolled plate according to need and thereafter the cladding material is removed. Or the hot rolled or hot rolled and annealed plate removed of the cladding plate is subjected to intermediate annealing and pickling then to cold rolling according to need without surface finishing such as grinding in the midway.
