TURBINE INPUT/OUTPUT UNBALLANCE DETECTOR

PURPOSE:To prevent tripping of generator due to power flow by providing a signal from a comparator for comparing between the turbine output from a turbine input/output unballance detector and the generator output through a timer to an output relay. CONSTITUTION:The turbine input detected through a pressure detector 5 connected to the lead pipe of turbine and the output current of generator detected by a current transformer 8 are provided through a converter 6 and a current conversion unit 9 to a comparision unit 10 to be compared. The output is provided through a timer 12 to an output relay 11. The timer 12 will close predetermined time after turning on of a signal from said unit 10 while open immediately after turning off. The output relay will restrict the turbine regulating valve quickly upon receiving of a signal from the timer 12 to suppress overspeed of turbine.
