FIBER REINFORCED CEMENT COMPOSITE MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength by incorporating a flyash fiber as a reinforcing material and a low alkali cement as a matrix. CONSTITUTION:The flyash fiber 5-15mum in diameter and 20-100nm in fiber length is obtained by melt spinning a flyash, which is obtained by burning quartz at 100-1900 deg.C. The flyash fiber (FAF) as the reinforcing material and the low alkali cement as the matrix are blended so as to be 0.01-0.4 in the ratio (FAF/C) of the flyash fiber to the cement.
