According to the invention the composition comprises a carboxylated resin containing an alkyd resin obtained by reaction, in molar proportions of 1/0.6-0.65/1-1.4, of pentaerythritol, phthalic anhydride and synthetic C7-C13 fatty acids at 1%-210 DEG C, the hydroxylated resin having 10 and 25 milligrams of potassium hydroxide per gram as acid value being treated with 0.35-0.45 mol of adipic acid at 100-150 DEG C with an acid value of 30-45 milligrams of potassium hydroxide per gram being obtained, the parts by weight being: carboxylated alkyd resin 100, melamine-formaldehyde resin 35-55, pigments 3-100, organic solvents 66-78, neutraliser 1.0-15.5, antifoam 0.1-3.0. The invention applies to the motor vehicle, agricultural machine and instrumentation industry.
