PURPOSE:To improve operational convenience by a constitution wherein the frequency in use is operated based upon the signals from a human body detection sensor and a room temperature sensor and memorized and the controlling is done through a room temperature controller by keyboard operated input signals. CONSTITUTION:A temperature to start the controlling and the level of frequency in use are set at a keyboard operated input part 6. A room temperature controller 7 calculates the change of room temperature during the day and the frequency in use by means of a room temperature sensor 5 and a human body detection sensor 4. Based upon the data mentioned above, the controller 7 detects the time zone, in which the room temperature runs off the temperature to start the controlling and decides the controlling time zone by adding the supplementary time zone. The titled air conditioner is controlled its action on the resultant controlling time zone. Thus, the operational convenience of the titled unit can be improved.
