PURPOSE:To make a better holding of flame and expand a range of combustion by a method wherein a part of the flame holes is closed by a buffle plate to make a difference in flow rate of mixture gas injected from the flame holes. CONSTITUTION:Fuel is gasified in a gasification cylinder 6, mixed with air supplied from a primary air passage 8, passes through a guide body 15 and is reached to a burner head 16. Then, after the mixture passes through a secondary porous plate 22, through-pass holes 20 of buffle plate 21 and porous plate 19, and is injected from a flame hole 17 of a flame porous plate 18. A districution of flow rate of mixture gas injected from the flame hole 17 is made such that a delayed flow is found at a part of flame hole 17 closed by the buffle plate 21 and a substantial decreased flow rate is found as compared to that of other portions, and the flame at the part closed by the buffle plate 21 is closely contacted with the flame hole 17. Thereby, it is made possible to made a better holding of flame, expand a range of combustion and to provide a safe and silent combustion device. |
