CONSTITUTION:A transparent film 2 coated with luminous paint 1 is bound on the lighting equipment 3 such as a fluorescent lamp tube and is stuck with an adhesive, etc. so as not to be peeled off, then when the lighting equipment 3 is lighted, the light of the lighting equipment 3 of the fluorescent lamp brightly illuminates the film 3 through the luminous paint.
