PURPOSE:To prevent an original from being shifted, by fixing the base end part of a mylar sheet onto a copying machine body between the turning supporting point of a platen cover body and a platen. CONSTITUTION:When a platen cover 6 is opened to an almost vertical position against a platen 7, a mylar sheet 11 is extended completely without loosening, being detained by the side edge part 8a of a cushion 8 and attains to a strained state, therefore, this platen cover 6 is supported by the mylar sheet 11 and attains to a stable upright state. Subsequently, when a desired original 15 is placed on the platen 7, and the platen cover 6 is closed, the mylar sheet 11 is loosened together with the rotating operation of the platen cover 6, and the mylar sheet 11 contacts with the original 15 from the base end side, and contacts successively up to the tip side. In this case, the mylar sheet 11 holds and fixes the original 15 so as to adhere tightly without moving in the base end direction, since its base end side is fixed. |
