PURPOSE:To enhance thermoregenerability rapidly at comparatively low temp. without impairing sensitivity of a photosensitive body by adding a specified aromatic compd. to ZnO dispersion type electrophotographic sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:A retentive electrically conductive state of a photosensitive layer caused by exposure is restored to a nonconductive state by application of heat enery, and this phenomenon is utilized by the electrophotography of this invention. The photosensitive layer of a photosensitive body is formed by adding an aromatic compd. having a nitro group, such as nitrobenzene, nitrobenzoic acid, or 4-nitor-2-chloro-aniline, to a ZnO dispersion type photosensitive material contg. 0.01-5wt% ZnO powder, and using this mixture. |
