PURPOSE:To uniformize the flame at a burner port and to stabilize combustion, by a method wherein a plurality of projections, extending vertically, are integrally formed on the inner peripheral wall of an evaporating cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Oil, injected as a streak of jet in an evaporating cylinder 1, collides with a projections 1b which is positioned opposite to a nozzle 2 and is formed on the inner peripheral surface of an evaporating cylinder, the oil is dispersed right and left, and simultaneously, the oil is evaporated. Jet evaporated gas shown by an arrow mark (b) collides with other projection 1b for dispersion, and gathers to the central part side of an evaporating cylinder 1. Simultaneously, a dynamic pressure is decreased by a dispersion effect. Thus, distribution of a flame at a burner port 11 is uniformized. The presence of the projections 1b increases heat capacity of the evaporating cylinder 1, prevents sharp reduction of temperature, reduces temperature during steady combustion, and improves safety of combustion. |
