PURPOSE:To eliminate the sudden change of a dew point in a gas laser oscillator on the exchange of a drying-material package by providing the drying-material package, which can be exchanged from the outside as a detechable door plate is left as it is mounted to a box body, in the oscillator, which encloses a laser medium gas of fixed pressure into a closed vessel with the door plate and is operated. CONSTITUTION:A laser medium gas of fixed pressure is enclosed into a box body 1, both side surfaces thereof have detachable door plates 2, and used as a carbonic acid gas laser oscillator, etc. In the constitution, a hole section 13 for fitting is bored to one side surface of the box body 1, and a desiccant package 6b is fitted detachably to the hole section. the package 6b is constituted by a vessel 10, which encases a desiccant 7 and one part thereof has a gauze 8, a cover body 9 positioned at one end surface, a flange 11, which is positioned at the other end surface and has a handle 12, etc. According to such constitution, the package 6b is drawn out, the desiccant 7 is replaced, the inside of the box body 1 is returned to vacuum and the package is reinserted when the moisture adsorbing function of the desiccant 7 lowers by a very small amount of moisture in the box body 1. |
