PURPOSE:To provide a stable linear guide having a strong restricting force in a simple structure by inclining a composite magnet formed of a permanent magnet and an electromagnet to a gravity direction, and cooperating another electromagnet to enhance the restricting property to the rocking motion. CONSTITUTION:The side of a movable unit 11 is inclined, composite magnets 12a-12d formed of a permanent magnet 22 and electromagnets 25a, 25b are mounted at the four corners of the unit 11, and the magnets 13a, 13b are mounted on the upper surface of the unit 11. The magnetic flux of the magnet 22 is circulated as designated by a solid line, and the magnetic fluxes of the magnets 25a, 25b are circulated as designated by a broken line. The poles 27a, 27b are larger than those 27c, 27d, the magnetic resistances of the gaps 26a, 26b are increased as compared with those of the gaps 26c, 26d, magnetic flux 28a is increased larger than that 28b, thereby increasing the upward attracting force. The currents of the coils 25a, 25b are controlled by the output of the sensor 30 provided at the composite magnets, the currents of the magnets 13a, 13b are controlled by the output of the sensor 14. In this manner, a stable propulsion can be performed with less power in a simple structure. |
