PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a belt due to stress generated at a fixed portion by forming a vacant space inside of an inverted V-shaped projection to bend the top of the projection, and pivotally coupling the front and rear leg portions to fixed portions to facilitate conveying in a steep incline and shifting of a curved track. CONSTITUTION:Projections 5 are fixed at spaces laterally to the outer surface of an endless belt 1 of a conveyer, with the fixing portions 6 thereof down. The space between both fixing portions 6, 6 is determined according to application. In case of using the belt for a vertical conveyer, the front of the projection 5 is set substantially vertical or inclined forward. If the belt is placed on the curved surface, the thus fixed projection can freely correspond to the curved surface, because the coupling portions of the fixing projections 6 to the projection 5 and the top thereof are formed flexibly. In case of steep-incline conveying or vertical conveying operation, the projection increases in the strength for load worked against the transport direction, because it is supported by two fixing portions 6, 6. |
