PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated piezoelectric unit having less temperature dependency, used as an actuator by laminating in combination a sole piezoelectric unit varying in increasing function in the variable amount relating to the temperature change and a sole piezoelectric unit varying in decreasing function. CONSTITUTION:Silver paste is covered on the circular essential surfaces of a sole ceramic piezoelectric unit 101 which exhibits the characteristic of a linear line (a) and a sole piezoelectric unit 102 which exhibits the characteristic of a linear line (b) to form a main electrode 2 and a side electrode 3. Many units 101, 102 are laminated, and connected to the side electrode 3 by a stainless steel gauze 41 via silver paste. The paste or solder is bounded to part 42 of the gauze 41, and external lead wirings 43 are removed from the position 42. The variation of the piezoelectric unit at the operating time is sufficiently absorbed to prevent the separation of the wirings 4 from the electrode 3 and the cracks of the units 101, 102. The temperature dependency of the displacement can not almost observed like a linear line (c). |
