PURPOSE:To simplify the srtucture of the captioned locking device and miniaturize it by constructing it so as to demountably connecting and locking between a guide ring and a upper cover bottom plate or a upper cover guide via a locking rod. CONSTITUTION:When stopping the rotation of a runner in a hydraulic machinery, force is transmitted with the operation of a liquid servo motor 22 to a guide ring 7 via a piston rod 29 and a crank upper part pin 8a, and then a guide vane 3 is closed by turning a guide vane upper part stem 3a via an operating lever 6. When locking the guide vane 3 at its closing position in the aforementioned hydraulic machinery, a locking rod 13 is lowered by a distance S2 following a received pressure area difference by applying, under the application of liquid pressure OP3, liquid pressure OP4(=OP3) also from an outfall to said rod. And, the locking rod 13 is inserted into a locking reception hole 15 through a locking reception table 14 formed on the upper cover bottom plate 5a of the upper cover 5, and thereby, the rotation of the guide ring 7 with respect to the upper cover 5 is held. |
