PURPOSE:To make the ink recording display of character, graphic, picture, etc. possible by utilizing the phenomena of electroosmosis, by a method wherein the substance having electroosmosis is piled on the surface of flat plate and the groove part where liquid ink can be moved is formed on it. CONSTITUTION:The substance 21 having the electroosmosis of cellurose acetate on the like is selectively piled on the surface of support base 20 of borosilicate glass or the like, dried, cured when necessary and the groove part 22 is formed. Then, the metal 23 of gold on the like is expansively formed by low temperature spattering evaporation or the like in the inside of groove 22 thus formed and the first electrode 26 having extremely small uneveness is formed on the bottom part and side wall in groove 22. Further, the second electrode is formed via a porous layer on this said first electrode and the aimed ink recording head is constructed. |
