PURPOSE:To shorten cooking time by controlling a heating means by a thermistor under a condition that a humidity sensor is under incinerating cleaning and detection is impossible. CONSTITUTION:The heating means 15, heating a material 17 to be heated, is controlled by a control unit 14 and gas or steam, generated in accordance with the heating of the material, is detected by the humidity sensor 18. Contaminating substances, adhered to the sensor 18, are cleaned by incineration by a heater arranged near the sensor 18 and the temperature of the material 17 is detected by the thermistor 19 directly or indirectly. In this case, the heating means 15 is controlled by the thermistor 19 under a condition that the sensor 18 is under incinerating cleaning and detection is impossible. According to this method, heating output is not necessary to stop even under the incinerating cleaning of the sensor 18, therefore, the cooking time may be shortened than before. |
