A facade 10 carries the design of a system to be represented in an animated way, by lighting certain parts of it continuously or intermittently, by means of lamps 36, in a predetermined order and with predetermined colours. An electrically conducting grid 20 is situated behind the facade 10 and carries two series of perforations 21, 22, the first perforations 21 accommodate the first contact points 41 of the lamp holders and provide the electrical and mechanical links with the grid which forms an equipotential reference, the second perforations 22 accommodate the second contact points 42 of the lamp holders 30 with the interposition of an insulating guide bush 46 integral with the lamp holder, and the gap between the grid 20 and the facade 10 is partitioned by light ducts 50 mounted on the lamp holders. <IMAGE>
